Classes involve stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates.
There is no impact involved and classes are designed to be light-hearted, stimulating and interactive and are choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. It is a mat-based class.

Strength training like nothing you have ever experienced before. Using resistance and body-weight training you will strengthen, align and stretch before you relax and leave the session refreshed and renewed.
